"RESCUED! Volunteer Squad"
and we need YOUR help. There
is No Obligation... The
Volunteer Squad is simply an email list of fans like you, who agree to
receive a weekly email newsletter from us. Our
newsletter will have different volunteer opportunities, across the USA, that
you may choose to participate in. We
will also include info regarding our ongoing programs that Rescues and
Shelters can participate in. ...
again, there is No Obligation... We
want to turn our 189,000+ Facebook Supporters into a small "army"
of potential volunteers from coast to coast.
If you see
an opportunity that interests you, we would encourage you to offer your help.
Could be as simple as
printing and posting a flyer on a community bulletin board... or posting on
your town's Craigslist page.
We might need to send
someone (with a truck or SUV) a gift card to purchase pet food for a local
rescue or shelter.
There might be a need for
volunteers to help with a dog wash, pet expo booth, adoption event, etc...
Either way... Facebook has
become a very poor way to reach people without wasting $$ on promoted posts.
