Featured Humane Society: The Meriden Humane Society

The Meriden Humane Society is a non-profit, no kill animal shelter and rescue facility. Many of their animals are taken from high risk situations such as high kill pounds, cruelty investigations, and from private citizens who are no longer able to care for their animal.
Their organization is privately run and operated and is supported by patrons and residents who donate to our facility. They receive no funding from the city or the State of Connecticut and are not affiliated with The Humane Society. Without the help they receive from the citizens of our community and surrounding communities, They would not be able to save all the animals that they do.
