P.U.R.R. West Virginia Inc. is a non-profit cat
rescue/sanctuary dedicated to changing the reality for unwanted and abandoned
cats in north central West Virginia. People United for Rescue and
Rehabilitation is a grass-roots rescue effort that has grown out of
necessity.
Their Mission Is to assist the area in rescue and
rehabilitation of cats and kittens. They also are enhancing awareness of rescue
and rehabilitation issues and needs through education and by example of this
grass roots effort. They believe that by stressing the importance of being
responsible pet owners and advocates, they can change the reality of felines
everywhere... and are making the world a more
humane place, one kitty at a time.
